What happens next
- We check your photo, usually within 1 working day.
- We clean it up: we lift the paper background, creases and shadows and brighten the colours. We never redraw a line.
- We email you a proof to approve.
- Once you approve it, it's printed and sent with tracked delivery.
How to take a good photo
(30 seconds, no scanner needed)
- Good light. Daylight near a window, not direct sun. Flash off.
- Flat. Lay the drawing flat on a table. Press out any folds.
- Straight above. Hold your phone directly over the drawing, not at an angle.
- No shadows. Make sure your phone or hand isn't casting a shadow across the paper.
- The whole drawing. Get every edge in the frame, with a little table showing around it.
- Full size. Send the original photo (JPG, PNG or iPhone HEIC), not a screenshot. Up to 20 MB per photo.
Prefer email? Send the photo to scribbleandkeep@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, or just reply to your order confirmation. Sending from WhatsApp? Attach it as a document so it isn't shrunk.
